Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorantino nel cuore di Maruggio, in una piazzetta davvero accogliente e suggestiva. L’atmosfera è calda e familiare: tutto lo staff ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, sempre gentile e disponibile. La cucina è autentica pugliese, semplice ma ricca di gusto. Abbiamo assaggiato i piatti della tradizione – dalle orecchiette con le cime di rapa alle polpette – ed erano davvero squisiti, cucinati con passione e materie prime genuine. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la professionalità e la cura. Torneremo sicuramente presto! Consiglio di prenotare, soprattutto nel periodo estivo, perché il locale è molto richiesto e si rischia di non trovare posto. Ancora bravi, continuate così!

Trattoria piccola ma caratteristica ricca di sapori tipici della terra pugliese; servizio veloce e cordiale, prezzi onestissimi e piatti ben cucinati. Promossa, davvero una bella scoperta!!

Ci troviamo in Salento in viaggio di nozze e per curiosità abbiamo deciso di visitare questo paesello di nome Maruggio. Guardando su maps abbiamo notato questa trattoria e abbiamo deciso di provarla… bisogna prenotare ma la ragazza molto gentile essendo in due con un attesa di 35/40 min ci ha fatto accomodare.. nel frattempo aperitivo poco prima nella vineria a fianco.. . Abbiamo preso fiori di zucca in pastella come antipasto e come primo paccheri allo scoglio & pizzarieddi della nonna al grano arso con ricotta fresca… accompagnati da acqua e un calice di rosé e rosso… semplicemente tutto molto molto buono e locale consigliato.. qualità prezzo ottima. Ambientato in centro storico da visitare.. bellissimo.. bravi ragazzi…

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Maruggio abbiamo scoperto una vera gemma: questa trattoria è il perfetto connubio tra tradizione, gusto e accoglienza. Il cibo è davvero buono, preparato con ingredienti freschi e ricette che rispettano la cucina tipica del territorio. Ogni piatto è stato una piacevole sorpresa, saporito e abbondante. Il personale è cordiale e attento, ma un ringraziamento speciale va a Daniela, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Sempre sorridente, disponibile e con una professionalità rara: è lei a fare davvero la differenza nell’esperienza! Consigliatissima a chi vuole mangiare bene e sentirsi accolto con calore genuino.

Abbiamo scoperto questa trattoria la nostra prima sera a Maruggio ed è stata un'ottima esperienza, infatti siamo ritornati altri due sere. Il locale è caratteristico e situato nel cuore del centro storico, cibo di qualità, servizio eccellente, attento ai bisogni dei clienti e rapidissimo nonostante il locale pieno. Baccalà fritto squisito, orecchiette altrettanto, fave e cicoria prelibate e da provare assolutamente il loro antipasto per due Lu Spiúlu, composto da ben 4 portate di pesce e 4 portate di terra, è un luogo che ci è rimasto nel cuore. Ci torneremo sicuramente
